UX/UI Design & Web Development
Swim Drink Fish - Non-Profit Website Redesign
Led a 200-page Figma to Web rebuild with e-commerce, donation system, and event automation. Enhanced UX, SEO, and conversion tracking.
Year :
2025
Industry :
Water Conservation / Community Science / Non-Profit
Client :
Swim Drink Fish
Project Duration :
6 weeks

Problem :
The organization needed a full overhaul of their 200+ page website based on a complex Figma design on a tight five-week deadline. The layout was provided only for desktop, with no tablet or mobile versions. Many design features and animations were unsupported by Squarespace natively, which is the platform the client uses and the design needed to be functional on it; this was non-negotiable.

Solution :
Developed and implemented a custom responsive layout, designing mobile and tablet versions on the go. Extended Squarespace capabilities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to match the custom Figma design and effects, making sure the client's editability inside the platform after project handoff was preserved.

Challenge :
Adapting advanced design and effects within platform limitations while maintaining CMS usability. Ensured all sections could be easily edited by the client’s team without breaking the layout. The time constraint was also considerable, making workflow decisions and time management key to the project's success.
Summary :
Delivered a fully responsive, custom-coded website under a tight timeline, combining code and creativity to bring a complex Figma vision to life within the client’s existing platform.
